WHEREAS, CREST HAVEN HOMES, INC by deed dated
July 14, 1955, and recorded in the. office of the. (Clerk of the
County of Dutchess , November 3, 1955 in Liber 903 of deeds at
age 419 , did convey to the Town of Wappinger, certain premises
for public streetpurposes together with certain easements for
drainage purposes; and
WHEREAS, the said streets se deeded by Crest Haven
Homes , Inc . , are set forth, shown and described on a certain
map premises ed b Crest Haven Homes , Inc .1 located ed cin the
westerly side of the Albany post. Road and being a portion of the
former Frederic A. Smith property and which said, map is filed
in the office of the Clerk of the County of Dutchess as Map
1 .. 19g and.
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger, has not accepted certain

of said streets , described on said map and, in said deed and has
exercisedno rights or control of such streets and it is the
intention of the Town of Wappinger not to accept pertain of
said streets as hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, Crest Haven Domes , Inc ® has requested
reconveyance of those premises described on said map as Crest
and

granted ,by said deed dated July 14, 1955 ; and
1-IEUAS, the Town of Wappiner desires to reconvey said
Crest Drive to said Crest Maven Homes , :Inc .
