Hill Road (County Route No. 351 and Smithtown Road intersection relative to sight distance at the intersection. A row of 7-foot-tall, white pine trees recently planted along the easterly side of Osborne Hill Road=extends too far northerly, reducing required sight distances at said intersection. The trees were not placed as per the Town-approved site plan.. The last four trees at the northerly end of the planted row, this date, should be removed/relocated as' soon as possible to provide neces- sary sight distances for the traffic at the intersection. The applicant shall supple the Fire Prevention Bureau with a set of building plans for their review and approval prior to the .issuance of a building permit. 2 .
