Donovan: At the September 10th, 1984 meeting of the Town of Wappinger Planning Board, a motion was made by Mr. Mills, to grant preliminary and final approval and to waive the final public hearing. The resolutions of approval are as follows : TENTATIVE APPROVAL IS HEREBY GRANTED to Elizabeth Donovan, for subdivision as show on map entitled "Subdivision of Lands of Elizabeth Donovan, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York", prepared by Peter IR _ ;lust s, L.L.S ., and dated july 18, 1984, and revised September 7th, 1984, subject to the following conditions Within six months of this tentative approval, the applicant is authorized to submit an application for approval of a subdivision plat in accordance with Article II, Section 22, Article 111, Section 310; and Article IV of the Subdivision Regulations. In addition, the application must meet the requirements of the Town of wappinger Zoning Ordinance. in addition, the following improvements, reser- vations, changes, and reuuirements are prerequisite to the approval of the plat. 1 . Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health shall be obtained on water supply and sewage disposal prior to final approval . 2 . Curb cut permits shall be obtained from Town of Wappinger Highway Superintendent prior to the issuance of building permits. 3 . Drainage flow patterns shall be indicated on the individual Plot plans . For any surface waters that enter upon properties of other persons, the applicant shall obtain letters from the same permitting such discharge. 4. The following improvements shall be required: A. No open stream will be allowed unless permission in writing is obtained from the Town of Wappinger Highway Superintendent. 5. Lowest openirrN of all houses (windows, doors, garage doors, crawl space, etc. ) shall be at least two feet above the finished road grade unless waived by the Town of Wappinger Building Inspector. 6. All footing drains and roof leaders shall be piped into the storm drainage system if specified by the Town of Wappinger Building Inspector. 7. For each lot an application shall be made for a grading permit, which shall meet the Soil Erosion and Sediment. Control ordinance requirements, including submission of a plan showing design and materials and at least a month 'by month schedule. 8. Approval subject to the Engineer to the Town ' s letter datedAugust 10th, 1984. WHEREAS, an application for final approval of a subdivision plat entitled "Subdivision of Lands of Elizabeth Donovan, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York", was received by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on September 10th, 1984, and WHEREAS, a final public hearing is waived by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board, and WHEREAS, the requirements of rhe Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat and applica- tion except as noted below, and WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary approval of said subdivision plat, granted by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on September 10th, 1984, have been met, except as noted below. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the application of Elizabeth Donovan for approval of said subdivision plat, prepared by Peter R. ,Hustis, L.L.S., and dated July 18th, 1984 and revised September 7th, 1984, be approved subject to the following conditions, and that the Chairman be authorized to endorse approval on said subdivision plat upon compliance with said conditions by the applicant, with conditional approval shall expire six months from the date of this resolution if the applicant has not complied with the conditions set forth. TOWN FALL WAPPINGERS FALLS, NEW YORK 12500 TEL. 207.6257 Page -3- September 1.1.th, 1984 Upon completion of all requirements set forth in the action approving the Subdivision Plat, the Plat shall be properly signed by the appropriate officers of the Planning Board, and shall be filed by the applicant in the Office of the county Clerk in accor- dance with the requirements of Section 278 of the Town Law. Any Subdivision Plat not so filed within sixty days of the date of Planning Board signature shall become null and void. Conditions of the final approval are the same as those stated in the resolution of preliminary approval. The vote was seconded by Mr. Keller.
