Dear Mr. Tavares:
At the February 23rd, 1987 meeting of the Town of Wappinger Planning Board,
a motion was made by Mr. Keller, seconded by Mr. Howell to grant amended site plan
approval.
FINAL AMENDED SITE PLAN APPROVAL IS HEREBY GRANTED to Elio Tavares, for a site
plan entitled, "Property of Elio & Maria Tavares, Osborne Hill Road, Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County New York", prepared by Charles P. May, and dated February, 1987, subject
to the following conditions:
1. Downstream drainage fee of $ .15 a square foot for newly constructed roofed areas
and areas covered with impervious material shall be paid prior to the issuance of a
building permit.
2. A stockade fence shall be installed, approximately 50 foot in length and
6 foot high on the property line bordering the the Brigg's property.
