From: Town Of Wappinger Planning Board Date: January 8th, 1981 Subject: Frank & Brothers Auto Body Shop - Old Route 9 At the January 5th, 1981 meeting, a motion was made by Mr. Fanuele, seconded by Mr. Mills, to adopt the following resolution: BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Planning Board of the Town of Wappinger hereby grants site plan approval to Prank and Brothers for site plan entitled "Proposed Auto Body Shop, Frank and Brothers, Old Route 9, Wappingers Falls, New York" , prepared by Milton Chazen, P.E . & L.S. , and dated 10/8/80, revised 12/8/80 and 12/15/80 and subject to the following conditions : 1 . Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health shall be obtained prior to the issuance of a building permit. 2. Approval of the Engineer to the Town on the drainage plan shall be obtained prior to the issuance of a building permit. S . Downstream drainage fee of $.15 a square foot for newly covered roofed areas and areas covered with impervious material shall be paid prior to the issuance of a building permit. 4. Recommendations of the Hughsonville Fire Company shall he complied with and a COPY of the building plans shall, be supplied to the Hughsonville Fire Company prior to the issuance of a building permit. 5. Any signs and lighting plan shall be approved by the Zoning Administrator prior to their installation. PLANNING BOARD TOWN OF WAPPINGER. Applicant shall comply with the November 26th, 1980 recommendations of the Town of Wappinger Highway Superintendent with the. exception of n.-Limber one The Planning Board recommends that the entrance shall be twenty foot wide with fifteen foot. radii. 7, Existing structures on theproperty shall not be .used for human habitation. 8. The existing house on the property shall be demolished and/or removed from the property prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the proposed building. g. ether existing structures on the property shall be checked for structural soundness by the Building Inspector prior to any storage use. 10. Storage of wrecks shall comply with the requirements of the Town of Wappinger Zoning ordinance Steerage of wrecked Parts shall be in an enclosed area and shall beno closer thirty (30) feet to any structure and the location of such enclosed area shall not impede emergency vehicular access. 11. The yard shall be kept clean. 12: No gasoline .shall be dispensed. 13. All repairs shall be done indoors. 14.
