WHEREAS, a final public hearing is waived by the Planning Board, and WHEREAS, the requ, rements of the Subdivision Regulations of�, the Town of Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat and application, except as noted below, and WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary approval of said subdivision plat, granted by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on May 21, 1973, have been met, except as noted below. ' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the application of Paul and Catherine- Franzoni for approval of said subdivision plat, prepared by Richard G.- Barger, P.E. & L.S. , and dated June 1, 1973, be approved subject to the following conditions, and that the Chairman be authorized to endorse approval on said subdivision plat upon compliance with said conditions by the applicant, which conditional approval shall expire six months from the date of this resolution l if the applicant has not complied with the conditions set forth. Upon completion of all requirements set forth in the action approving the Subdivision Plat, the Plat shall be properly signed by the appropriate officers of the Planning Board, and shall be filed by the applicant in the Office of the County Clerk in accordance with the requirements of ,Section 2.73 of the Town Law. y Any Subdivision Plat not so filed within ninety days of the date of Planning Board signature shall become null and void.
