Friedland Kent Road Wappingers Falls, New York 12590 .Bear .Mrs Friedland: At the September 18, 1972 meeting, the Town of Wappinger Planning Board unanimously adopted the following resolution: WHEREAS, an application for final approval of a subdivision plat entitled, "Proposed. Subdivision for Cornelia Friedland, Town of Wappinger, Dutches$ County, New York*", was received by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on August 1.7, 1972, and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said subdivision application and plat at the 'Town. Hall, Mill Street, Wappingers Falls, New York, on September 18, 1972 at 8 : 00 P.M. , and WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat and application, except as noted below, and WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary approval of said subdivision plat, granted by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board. on July 19, 1972, have been met, except as noted below. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL'V'ED THAT the application of Mrs . Cornelia Friedland for approval of said subdivision plat, prepared by Richard G. Barger, P.E. & L.S . , and dated revised 1 August 1972, be approved subject to the following conditions, and that the Chairman be authorized to endorse approval on said subdivision plat upon compliance with said conditions by the applicant, which conditional approval shall expire six mouths from the date of this resolution if the applicant has not complied with the conditions set forth. Any Subdivision Plat not -so filed within ninety days of the date Of Planning Board signature shall become null and void. 1 . Four copies of the filed. map must be submitted for Planning Board files. 2 . Town curb permits shall be obtained before any building permits shall be issued. S . The first floor of all houses shall be at least two feet above finished road grade. 4. Drainage flow patterns shall be indicated. . 5 . Twenty-five foot easement for drainage, water and sewer installations by the Town shall be shown and deed to the Town, Central Wappinger Water Improvement and Wappinger Sewer ' Improvement # 1, respectively, in addition to a twenty foot construction easement. 6 . An area measuring a minimum of thirty foot from the center of the existing road along the entire frontage shall be deeded to the Town for future road widening purposes. 7. The driveway shown on Parcel B shall be relocated to the extreme easterly line of Parcel B and contiguous with the driveway on Parcel C.
