Approval of proposed illachine Shop to be located on
property on the corner od Old. Route 9 & Midd.lebush
Road, in the Townof Wappinger.
At the. August lst, 1983 meeting of the Planning Board,
a motion was made by Mr. Fanuele, to adopt the following
resolution of site plan, approval:
BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE TOWTU OF WAPPINGER
HEREBY GRANTS SITE PLAN APPROVAL to Rina & Mi

5. Drainage plan shall be approved by the Engineer to the
Town prior to the issuance of a building permit.
6 . All signs shall conform to the requirements of the Town
of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, unless a variance is first
obtained.
7. Downstream drainage fee of $ .15 a square foot for all
newly covered roofed areas and areas covered by impervious
material shall be paid prior to the issuance of a building
permit.
8. Applicant is subject to any requirements of the
Attorney to the Town's review due to the proximity of the
site to a cemetery.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Keller.
