Box 324 20 Mddlebush Road Wappingers Falls, NY 12590-0324 March 24th, 1987 Juliana Garofalo Smith Crossing Road Wappinger Falls, NY 12590 RE: Garofalo Subdivision - 2 Lots Smith Crossing Road & Maloney Road Dear Mr. Garofalo: I At the March 23rd, 1987 meeting of the Town of Wappinger Planning Board, a motion was made by Mr. Mills, seconded by Mr. Parsons to grant preliminary and final approval and to waive the final public hearing. The resolutions of approval are as follows: WHEREAS, an application for final approval of a subdivision plat entitled, "Garofalo Subdivision, Located on Maloney Road, Town of Wappinger, Dutcbess County, New York", was received by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on March 23rd, 1987, and WHEREAS, a final public hearing was waived by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board, and WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat and application except as noted below, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the application of Juliana Garofalo for approval of said subdivision plat entitled, "Garofalo Subdivision, Located on Maloney Road, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York", and dated December 19th, 1986, and revised 2/6/87, prepared by Eric Gardell, P.E. & L.S. , be approved subject to the following conditions, and that the Chairman be authorized to endorse approval of said subdivision plat upon compliance with said conditions by the applicant, whit conditional approval shall expire six months from the date of this resolution if the applicant has not complied with the conditions set forth. 1. The Fire Prevention Bureau shall review the plan and submit any recommendations that they may have prior to final approval. Downstream drainage .fee of $200.00 per lot on the final plat shall be paid prior to the signing of the plat. 3. Five copies of the filed map shall be required for Planning Board distribution. Said copies shall be required from the County Clerk's Office. 4. No grading will take place. 5. All lot lines and dimensions shall conform with the zone that the subdivision is in. Upon completion of all requirements set forth in the action approving the subdivision plat, the plat shall be properly signed by the appropriate officers of the Planning Board, and shall be filed by the applicant in the Office of the County Clerk in accordance with the requirements of §278 of the Town Law. Any subdivision plat not so filed within sixty (60) days of the date of Planning Board signature shall become null and void.
