Subject: Grand Union Company E-Z Shop
At the October 4, 1971 meeting, the Planning Board of the
Town of Wappinger unanimously granted final site plan approval
to site plan entitled, "The Grand Union Company, Site Plan,
Wappingers ' Falls, N.Y. , dated 7/20/71, revised 8/24/71 and 9/20/71;
and prepared by the Grand union Company, subject to the following
conditions;
1 . Parking space # 7 shall be eliminated.
2 . Signs shall be placed in the parking lot to direct
traffic flow. (Not to be painted on the pavement.)
3 . Approval of the Dutchess, County Department of Health
shall be obtained on water and sewer systems.
4. Approval of drainage plans shall be obtained from the
Engineer to the Town.
S. Some provision shall be made for garbage storage.
Suggest enclosure such as stockade fence to prevent
unsightly storage.
