From: Town of Wappinger Planning Board Date: December 28th, 1978 Subject: Application of Augustine Rodriquez for site plan approval of proposed addition to the La Fonda Del Sol Restaurant located on Old Route 9, in the Town of Wappinger. At their December 18th, 1978 meeting, the Planning Board of the Town of Wappinger adopted the following resolution: BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER HEREBY GRANTS PRELIMINARY AND FINAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL to Augustine Rodriquez, the proprietor of the La Fonda Del Sol Restaurant, for site plan entitled "La Fonda Del Sol Restaurant, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York - Boundary Map & Proposed Addition, Drawing Number 1, dated 9/28/78 and Area Map, Drawing Number 2, dated 10/4/78". Said plans were prepared by Richard G. Barger, P.E. & L.S. and are subject to the following conditions: 1. There shall be no parking directly in front of the building or between the wall and Old Route 9. 2. The opening in the wall shall be eight feet as approved by the Hughsonville Fire Company. The site plan shall be revised to reflect this requirement. 3. The proposed wall shall be constructed prior to the issuance of a building permit. 4. The proposed wall shall be firmly anchored in place so it does not obstruct the right-of-way. Wall shall be constructed on applicant's property. 5. A copy of the building plans shall be supplied to the Hughsonville Fire Company for their review and approval prior to the issuance of a building permit. 6. Downstream drainage fee of $ .15 a square foot for newly constructed roofed areas and areas covered with impervious material shall be paid prior to the issuance of a building permit. The existing railroad tie planter shall be removed prior to the issuance of a building permit. 8. A highway work permit shall be obtained from the Town of Wappinger Highway Superintendent. 9. Barger, P.E. & L.S. and dated 3/20/72 and revised 5/1/72, subject to the following conditions: 1. Road opening permits shall be obtained from the Dutchess County Department of Public Works and the Town of Wappinger Highway Department. 2. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health shall be obtained. 3. Existing parking in the front of the building shall be eliminated. (The Planning Board suggested blocking off by means of a post and rail fence, etc.) 2. Parking in the rear of the building for a minim-,= of 30 cars shall be provided. 3. Sign shall be placed near the front of the building zo indicate parking in the rear only. 4. Details on typical 1A.ghting plan shall be submitted for the rear of the buildincj and the parking area. S. Uses of all existing buildings shall be specified or, site plan. 6.
