Concerning a Land Fill Site
at the Dutchess County Air-
port.
Resolution #
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger has examined
a proposed land fill site at the Dutchess County Airport,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, that the Supervisor of the
Town of Wappinger is hereby authorized and directed to enter
into negotiations with the County of Dutchess concerning the
leasing of a proposed land fill site for an annual rental not
to exceed the sum of $1,000.00 per year, which said land fill
site would be operated by the Town of Wappinger and such other
municipalities that may be willing to enter into a joint land
fill operation.
