SUPERVISOR OF THE TOWN OF
WAPPINGER TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN VILLAGE OF WAPPINGERS
FALLS AND THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER
The following resolution was offered by�h4'd,
who moved its adoption: ��
WHEREAS, the Village of Wappingers Falls has requested
the Town of Wappinger to consent to its use of the present
premises rented from the County of Dutchess as a landfill
site, and
WHEREAS, there is attached hereto an agreement setting
forth the terms for such agreement, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Supervisor of the Town of
Wappinger is hereby authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the Town of Wappinger.
