Nolan, Relyea Terrace Wappingers Falls, Dear Mr. Nolan: PLANNING EBOARD TOWN OF WAPPINGER TOWN HALL WAPPINGERS FALLS, NEWYORK 12500 TEL. 297-6256 January 25, 197'4 Jr. New York 12590 At the January 21, 1974 meeting, the Planning Board of the Town of Wappinger unanimously adopted the following resolution: WHEREAS, an application for final approval of a subdivision plat entitled "Map Showing Nolan Subdivision, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York" was received by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on January 21, 1974, and WHEREAS, a final public hearing is waived by the Planning Board, and WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat and application, except as noted below, and WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary approval of said subdivision plat, granted by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on October 15, 1973, have been met, except as noted below. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the application of John T. Nolan, Jr. for approval of said subdivision plat, prepared by Eric W. Gardell, P.E. & L.S. 4 , and dated September 4, 1973, be approved subject to the following conditions, and that the Chairman be authorized to endorse approval on said subdivision plat upon compliance with said conditions by the applicant, which conditional approval shall expire six months from the date of this resolution if the applicant has not complied with the conditions set fortn. Upon completion of all requirements set forth in the action approving the Subdivision Plat, the Plat shall be properly signed by the appropriate officers of the Planning Board, and shall be filed by the applicant in the Office of the County Clerk in accordance with the requirements of Section 278 of the Town Law.
