Within sig months of this tentative approval, you are authorized to submit an application for approval of a subdivision plat, in accordance with Article II, Section 22; Article III, Section 30: and Article IV of the Subdivision Regulations. In addition, you must meet the requirements of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, particularly Section 412.42. In addition, the following improvements, reservations, changes and requirements will be and are a prerequisite to the approval, of your subdivision plat: 1. Submission of a preliminary application form and a fee to cover the cost of subdivision review in the amount of 202. 2. Installation and completion of the proposed central sewage treatment plant and system, and written approval of this system and plant by the appropriate health authorities. 3. According to the Planning Boardts policy of public improve- ments in new subdiviaions, at the density which you are proposing (one-third to less than one-half acre per dwelling unit), you -will be required to provide the following street Improvements: Street name signs, curbs, sidewalks on one side of the paved way, storm sewers, street trees, street lighting facilities, a. common or public water (system, and it is suggested that you also supply a school bus shelter near the Myers Corners Road intersection. 4.A location map as required in Section. 40.11 of the Sub- division Regulations.
