Box 324 20 Middiebush Road Wappingers Falls, .NY 12590-0324 TOWN OF WAPPINGER October 14th, 1987 Larry & Mary Paggi 127 Pearl Street Kingston, N.Y. 1240.1 RE: Paggi Subdivision - .2 Lots - Stenger Court PLANNING BOARD Dear Mr. & Mrs. Paggi: At the October 14th., 1987 meeting of the Town of Wappinger Planning Board, a motion was made by Mr. Mills to grant preliminary and final approval and to waive the final public hearing. The resolutions of approval are as follows: WHEREAS,, an .application for final approval of a subdivision plat entitled, "Proposed Subdivision for Larry & Mary Paggi, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York", was received by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board.on October 14th, 1987, and WHEREAS, a final public hearing was waived by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board, and WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat and application except as noted below, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED TI.IAT an application for Larry & Mary Paggi for approval of said subdivision plat entitled, "Proposed Subdivision for Larry & Mary Paggi, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York", and dated December 12th, 1986, prepared by'Richard Barger, . E. & L.S. be approved subject to.the following conditions, and that the Chairman be authorized to end:orse:app,roval of said subdivision plat upon compliance with said conditions by -the applicant with conditional approval shall expire six months from the date of this resolution if the applicant has not complied with the conditions set forth. 1. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health shall be obtained on water supply and sewage disposal prior to final approval. 2. Curb cuts -shall be obtained from the Town of Wappinger Highway Superintendent prior to final -approval. P.O. Drainage flow patterns shall be indicated on the individual plot plans. For any surface waters that enter upon properties of other persons, the applicant shall obtain letters from the same permitting such discharge. 4. The following improvements shall be required: A. All -storm water shall be conveyed by pipe to natural drainage courses. B. No open stream will be allowed unless permission in writing is obtained from the Town of Wappinger Highway Superintendent. 5. The Fire Prevention Bureau shall review the plan and submit any recommendations that they may have prior to final approval. 6-. Downstream drainage fee of $200.00 per lot on the final plat shall be paid prior to the signing of the plat. 7. Lowest opening of all houses (windows., doors, garage doors, crawl space, etc.) shall be at least two feet above the finished road grade unless waived by the Town of Wappinger Highway Superintendent'arid/or the Engineer to the Town. 8. All footing drains and roof leaders shall be piped into the storm drainage system if specified by the Town of Wappinger Building Inspector. 9. For each lot an application shall be made fora grading permit which shall meet the Soil Erosion & Sediment Control Ordinance requirements, including submission of a plan showing design and materials and at least a month by month schedule. 10. Five copies of the filed map shall be .required for Planning Board distribution. Said copies shall be required from the County Clerk's Office. 11. All lot lines and dimensions shall conform with the zone that the subdivision is in. 12. The plat shall not be signed until it has been revised to show a driveway at each lot that conforms to the Town of Wappinger driveway ordinance. Upon completion of all requirements set forth in the action approving the subdivision plat, the plat shall be properlysigned by the appropriate officers of the Planning Board, and shall be filed by the applicant in the Office of the County Clerk in accordance with the requirements of §278 of the Town Law. Any subdivision plat trot so filed within sixty (60) days of the date of Planning Board signature shall become null and void. P.O.
