Subject: Peterson, - Dempsey - Application for site plan
approval of business to be located on the corner
of Route 9 & Smithtown Road, in the Town of Wappinger.
At the April 19th, 1982 meeting of the planning Board,
a motion was made by Mr. Fanuele,'seconded by Mr. Keller, to
grant site plan approval subject to the following conditions:
1. The concrete storage building (platform) shall
be relocated (turned 90 degrees) and screening shall be
provided.
2. Applicants shall comply with the requirements of
the Fire Prevention Bureau in accordance with the provisions
of the Town of Wappinger Fire Prevention Law.
S. Permit shall be obtained from the New York State
Department of Transportation prior to the issuance of
a Certificate of occupancy.
