I lb cc: Frank Piccone, Applicant Philip Cerniglia, Architect ,Elaine Snowden, Town Clerk Jay Pag�gi, Engineer to the Town Dan Kriegsman, Building Inspector Ken Croshier, Highway Superintendent Fire Prevention Bureau Conservation Advisory Council File PLANNING BOARD TOWN OF WARRINGER TOWN HALL WAPPINGERS FALLS, NEW YORK 12590 TEL. 297-6257 Memo To: Hans Gunderud, Zoning Administrator From: Town of Wappinger Planning Board Date: April 15th, 1986 Subject: Piccolo's Cafe (f/Cheech's) - Amended Site Plan - Old Post Road At the April 14th, 1986 meeting of the Planning Board, a motion was made by Mr. Fanuele, seconded by Mr. Keller, to adopt the following resolution: BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER HEREBY GRANTS FINAL AMENDED SITE PLAN APPROVAL to Frank Piccone for Amended Site Plan entitled "Additions & Alterations to Piccolo's Cafe, old Post Road, Town of Wappinger, New York, for Frank Piccone, 24 Alpine Drive, Wappinger Falls -New York", prepared by Philip A. Cerniglia, Architect, I and dated February 14, 1986 subject to the following conditions: 1. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health on water supply and sewage disposal shall be obtained prior to the issuance of a bulling permit. 2. Approval of Town of Wappinger Highway Superintendent shall be obtained on entrance and exit prior to the issuance of a building permit. 3. Downstream drainage fee of $ .15 a square foot for newly constructed roofed areas and areas covered with impervious material shall be paid prior to the issuance of a buidling permit. 4. An erosion control plan shall be approved by the Engineer to the Town and the Conservation Advisory Council prior to the issuance of a building permit in accordance with the requirements of the Town of Wappinger Soil Erosion & Sediment Control Ordinance. 5. An application shall be made to the Zoning Administrator for a grading permit which shall meet the Soil Erosion & Sediment Control Ordinance requirements, including submission of a plan showing design and materials. A month by month schedule shall be submitted to the Zoning Administrator prior to the issuance of a building permit. 6. A drainage plan shall be approved by the Engineer to the Town prior to the issuance of a building permit. The Conservation Advisory Council shall be given an opportunity to review the plan. 7. A copy of the building plans shall be supplied to the Fire Prevention Bureau for their review prior to the issuance of a building permit. 8. The Fire Prevention Bureau shall inspect the premises prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. 9. Any signs to be located on the premises and/or building shall comply with the requirements of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance unless a variance is first obtained. Adequate screening shall be required for the refuse enclosure as determined by the Planning Board. 11. Site lighting shall be submitted and reviewed by the Zoning Administrator prior to the issuance of a building permit to insure that there will be no glare onto roadways and/or adjacent residential areas. 12. Landscaping shall be required as determined by the Planning Board. 13.- A certified, as built plan shall be submitted to the Planning Board for their review before the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. 14. The horseshoe pits shall be removed prior to the signing of the plat. 15. The hours of operation for outside of restaurant shall cease at midnight. 16. Upon completion of all requirements set forth in the action approving the site plan, 6 copies of the site plan shall be submitte.d-for the Planning. Board Chairman's signature.
