At the October 1, 1973 meeting the Planning Board of the Town of Wappinger unanimously adopted the following resolution: WHEREAS, an application for final approval of a subdivision plat entitled "Subdivision of Lands of John and Sonja Piech, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York" was received by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on 9/24/73, and P1 - WHEREAS, a final public hearing is waived by the Planning Board, and WHEREAS, the: requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat and application, except as noted below, and WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary approval of said subdivision plat, gkanted by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on October 1, 1973, have been met. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the applicatioa of John R. Piech for approval of said subdivision plat, prepared by Roger A. Mastri, L.S., and dated 8/8/73, be approved subject to the following conditions, and that the Chairman be authorized to endorse approval on said subdivision plat upon compliance with said conditions by the applicant, which conditional approval shall expire six months from the date of this resolution if the applicant has not complied with the conditions set forth. Upon completion of all requirements set forth in the action approving the Subdivision Plat, the Plat shall be properly signed by the appropriate officers of the Planning Board, and shall be filed by the applicant in the Office of the County Clerk in accordance with the requirements of Section 278 of the Town Law. Elimination of all unpiped drainage easements, unless agreed to in writing by the Highway Superintendent. b. Drainage calculations do not include upstream drainage. Please forward such calculations to us immediately with a copy of a u.S.G.S. map, or approved equal, dhowing off-site tr*butary drainage areas. 4.
