Railing, P.E., L.S., and dated 9/23/85 and revised 10/4/85, 12/9/85, 4/4/86, and 4/14/.86 subject to the following condition: 1. Subject to the Engineer to the Town's review of the drainage. At the December 9th, 1985 meeting of the Town of Wappinger Planning Board, a motion was made by Mr. Fanuele, seconded by Mr. Parsons, to adopt the following resolution: BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER HEREBY GRANTS FINAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL to Carolina Building Association for site plan entitled, "Pizza Hut, Town of Wappinger/Village of Wappingers Falls'.', prepared by John E. Railing, P.E., L.S., and dated September 23, 1985, and revised 10/1.4/85 and 12/9/85 subject to the following conditions: 1. Approval of the Village of Wappingers Trustees on water supply and sewage disposal. shall be obtained prior to the issuance of a building permit. 2. Approval of NYS Department of Transportation shall be obtained on entrance and exit prior to the issuance of a building permit. 3. Downstream drainage fee of $ .15 a square foot,for newly constructed roofed areas and areas covered with impervious material shall be paid prior to the issuance of a buidling permit. 4. An erosion control plan shall be approved by the Engineer to the Town and the Conservation Advisory Council prior to the issuance of a building permit in accordance with the requirements of the Town of Wappinger Soil Erosion & Sediment Control Ordinance, 5. An application shall be made to the Zoning Administrator for a grading permit which shall meet the Soil Erosion & Sediment Control Ordinance requirements, including submission of a plan showing design and materials. A month by month schedule shall be submitted to the Zoning Administrator prior to the issuance of a building permit. 6. A drainage plan shall be approved by the Engineer to the Town prior to the issuance of a building permit. The Conservation Advisory Council shall be given an opportunity to review the plan. 7. A copy of the building plans shall be supplied to the Fire Prevention Bureau for their review prior to the issuance of a building permit. 8. The Fire Prevention Bureau shall inspect the premises prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. 9. Any signs to be located on the premises and/or building shall comply with the requirements of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance. Adequate screening shall be required for the refuse enclosure as determined by the Planning Board. The refuse enclosure as noted on the map and will be adequately screened. 11. Site lighting shall be submitted and reviewed by the Zoning Administrator prior to the issuance of a building permit to insure that there will be no glare onto roadways and/or adjacent residential areas. 12. Landscaping as indicated on the map. r 13. A certified, as built plan shall be submitted to the Planning Board for their review before the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, 14. Upon completion of all requirements set forth in the action approving the site plan, 6 copies of the site plan shall be submitted for the Planning Board Chairman's signature. 15. The cupola will be removed. 16. The Planning Board reserves the right to review landscaping after the State upgrades Route 9. 17. The exit shall be angled so that no traffic can cross Route 9, 18. A landscaped island will be located on the Southeastern portion of the parking lot in place of a parking space.
