Resolution Authorizing Transfer Of Funds For Tennis Court Maintenance
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on April 8,
2019.
The meeting was called to order by Richard Thurston, Town Supervisor, and upon roll

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by
Councilman Beale.
WHEREAS, Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds, Steven Frazier, advises that the Town’s tennis court
require cleaning and new painted lines; and
WHEREAS, Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds advises that the appropriations made in the
adopted 2019 Budget are insufficient to pay for the needed work and recommends that a budget transfer
be made to perform the work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
The Town Board hereby authorizes the following budget line transfers for the needed work:

$1,500.00 A.7110.0239 Parks A.7110.0421 Tennis Courts

The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
