Resolution Authorizing The Transfer Of Funds For Town Hall Shuffleboard Court
Resurfacing
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on May 13,
2019.
The meeting was called to order by Richard Thurston, Town Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by
Councilman Beale.
WHEREAS, the Senior Center Director, Jessica Fulton, advises that the members of the Town of
Wappinger Senior Center have requested the Town Hall Shuffleboard Court be resurfaced; and
WHEREAS, the Senior Center Director advises that the appropriations made in the adopted 2019 Budget
are insufficient to pay for the requested project and recommends that a budget transfer be made to perform
the work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
The Town Board hereby authorizes the following budget line transfers for the needed work:

A1990.402 (Contingency -Reserve) A7620.407 (Senior/C.E.-Miscellaneous)
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
