Subject: Town & Country Pools - Application for Site Plan Approval
At their May 21st, 1979 meeting, the Planning Board of the
Town of Wappinger adopted the following resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER
HEREBY GRANTS PRELIMINARY AND FINAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL to Amoulka
Corp. - Town & Country Pools for site plan entitled "Town & Country
Pools, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York" , prepared by
Richard G . Barger, P .E . & L.S . , and dated revised 5/8/79, and
subject to the following conditions :
1 . A work permit shall be obtained from the New York State
Department of Transportation as required per their letter
dated April 17th, 1979.
2 . Storage of chemicals shall be in accordance with the
Town of Wappinger Fire Prevention Law and any requirements
of the Hughsonville Fire Company.
3 . Applicant shall contact the Hughsonville Fire Company and
supply an interior floor plan, if required, so a determination
on compliance with the Town of Wappinger Fire Prevention Law,
in the form of a letter from the fire company, may be made .
4 . Any new signs to be installed on the premises or the
building shall conform with the requirements of the Town of
Wappinger Zoning Ordinance. Applicant should contact the
Zoning Office regarding these requirements .

5 . if there is to be any new paving, a permit would have to
be obtained and a downstream drainage fee paid at that time.
6 . The note on the site plan indicating that a stockade
fence is to be installed shall be removed as a chain link . fence
was erected Copies of the revised plan shall be submitted
for Planning Board files .
