Dear Mr. Vorndran:
At our April 6th meeting, a motion was made by Thomas Logan,
seconded by Eugene Schuele and passed unanimously that_
preliminary approval be given to your subdivision on 111
Angels Road subject to the following conditions:
1 . Lents III & IV and V & VI be reoriented to exit onto
future road.
2. Indicate street name.
3. Roads will be constructed to minimum town specifications.
If not completed, bond will be required in the amount
specified by the Town Engineer.
4. Subject to Board of Health approval.
5. Require one standard Town of Wappinger street sign.
6. Temporary true-around with a radious of 50%
7. Drainage facilities as determined by the Town Engineer.
