BE IT RESOLVER THAT THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER HEREBY GRANTS
FINAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL to John Vorndran for a site plan entitled, "Vorndran Medical
Building, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York', prepared by John E. Railing,
?.E. L.L.S. and dated April 5th, 1985 and subject to the following conditions:
1. Approval of the Dutchess County Dept. of Health on water supply and sewage disposal
shall be obtained prior to final approval.
2. Approval of Town of Wappinger Highway Superintendent shall be obtained on entrance
and exit prior to final approval.
3. Downstream drainage fee of $ .15 a square foot for newly constructei-d

Subject: Vorndran Medical Office Building - Application for site plan approval
of a proposedoffice building located on AU Angels Hill Road, in the
Town of Wappinger.
At the May 13th, 1985 meeting of the Planning Board, a motion was made by
Mr. Keller, seconded by Mr. Mills, to adopt the following resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE TOWN OF WAPPINCER HEREBY GRANTS
FINAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL to John Vorndran for site plan entitled, "Vorndran Medical
Building, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York", prepared by John E. Railing,
P.E., L.S. , and dated April 5th, 1985 and subject to the following conditions:
1. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health on water supply and sewage
disposal shall be obtained prior to the issuance of a bulding permit.
2. Approval of Town of Wappinger Highway Superintendent shall be obtained on entrance
and exit prior to the issuance of a building permit.
3. Downstream drainage fee of $ . 15 a square foot for newly constructed roofed
areas and areas covered with impervious material shall be paid prior to the issuance
of a buidling permit.
4. An erosion control plan shall be approved by the Engineer to the Town and the
Conservation Advisory Council prior to the issuance of a building permit in accordance
with the requirements of the Town of Wappinger Soil Erosion & Sediment Control Ordinance.
5. An application shall be made to the Zoning Administrator for a grading permit
which shall meet the Soil Erosion & Sediment Control Ordinance requirements, including
submission of a plan showing design and materials. A month by month schedule shall
be submitted to thq Zoning Administrator prior to the issuance of a building permit.
6. A drainage plan shall be approved by the Engineer to the Town prior to the issuance
of a building permit. The Conservation Advisory Council shall be given an opportunity
to review the plan.
7. A copy of the building plans shall be supplied to the Fire Prevention Bureau
for their review prior to the issuance of a building permit.
8. The Fire Prevention Bureau shall inspect the premises prior to the issuance
of a Certificate of Occupancy.
9. Any signs to be located on the premises and/or building shall comply with the
requirements of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance unless a variance is first
obtained.

Subject : Application of John Vorndran for a Special Use Permit
to build a Medical Office building on property located
on All Angels Hill Road & Old All Angels Hill Road, in
the Town of Wappinqer.
At the September 24th, 1984 meeting of the Planning Board, a
motion was made by Mr. Parsons, to adopt the following resolution:
The Planning Board of the Town of wappinger hereby recommends
that a Special Use Permit be issued to John Vorndran to build a
Medical Office building in accordance with Article iv, Section 421
of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance. This approval is
recommended on the new map dated 5/23/84 and revised 9/20/84.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Lawrence.
