Subject : Application of Frank. X. Walsh to convert a residence
into office space, can property located on Route 376,

At the September 21st, 1981 Planning Board meeting,
the Planning Board adopted the following resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE PLANNING BOARD SOF THE TOWN OF
WAPPINGER hereby grants, site plan approval to Frank: X. Walsh
to permit the conversion of a residence into six office suites on
property located on Route 576, in the Town of Wappinger, subject
to the following conditions :

1 . Curb cut permit shall be obtained from the New York
State Department of Transportation.
2 . Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health
shall be obtained prior to the issuance of a .building permit.
° 3 . Exit lighting, exit signs and directional sign shall be
provided.
4. Fire extinguishers shall be provided per Section F 204-11.5
of the ,New 'York State Fire Prevention Code (refer to NFPA # 10) .

5 . Driveway shall be designated as "No Parking - Fire Lane" .
6 . Drainage on the site shall be approved by the Engineer to
the Town prior to the issuance of a building permit.
7 . If the parking lot is to be paved now or in the future, a
downstream drainage fee of $ .15 a square foot would have to be
paid prior pavAAg- .and ,a permit4all be obtained.
