Subject : Application of Gregory J. Walsh for a Special Use Permit
to establish a Real Estate Brokers ' Office.,
At the July, 21st, 1975 meeting, the Planning Board of the
Town of Wappinger unanimously adopted the following resolution :
BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Town of Wappinger Planning Board hereby
recommends that a Special Use Permit be issued to Mr . Gregory J. Walsh
to operate a real estate brokers ' office as an accessory use to
his residence located on I Henry Road, in the Town of Wappinger,
subject to the following condition:
1. Approval of the zoning Administrator must be obtained
for any signs to be located on the premises.
