Subject: Application of Wappingers Auto Service for Site Plan
Approval of addition to their existing garage located
on Old Route 9, in the Town of Wappinger .
At their March 15th, 1976 meeting, the Town of Wappinger
Planning Board adopted the following resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Planning Board of the Town of Wappinger
hereby grants preliminary and final site plan approval to Robert Mahar,
Wappirger Auto Service for site plan entitled "Addition-Alterations,
Wappingers Auto Service, Wappingers, New York, Robert Maher, Site Plan,
Drawing S 1, dated 12/23/75, Drawing A 1, dated 12/22/75 and Drawing A 2,
dated 12/22/75" , said plans were prepared by Eduond G . Doody, Regiskered,
Architect, and are subject to the following conditions:
1 . Applicant shall comply with the requirements of the "Fire
Prevention ordinance of the Town of Wappingcr, N .Y. " that pertain
to this establishment and shall obtain whatever permits are
required in conjunction with the Fire Prevention ordinance.
2 . Downstream drainage fee shall be paid prior to the
issuance of any building permit .
