Subject: Wappinger Center Associates ' Site Plan
The Planning Board of the Town of Wappinger, at their January 6th,
1975 meeting, adopted the following resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Town of Wappinger Planning Board hereby
grants final site plan approval to Wappinger Center Associates for
site plan entitled "Wappinger Center ,Associates, Town. of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, New York", consisting of the following:
Drawing # 1 - Site Plan & Re-tail Stores, dated 6/1/74, rev. 6/10/74
Drawing # 1A - Site Plan & Retail Stores, rev. 6/10/74, 8/10/74 &
10/12/74
Drawing 4 2 - Grading & Drainage, dated 8/1 }/74
Drawing # 3 - Site Landscaping, dated 6/10/74
Drawing # 4 - Site Lighting Plan, dated 6/10/74
Said site plan was prepared by Richard G . Barger, P.E. & L.S.,
and site plan approval is subject to the following conditions :
1 . Approval of the New York State Department of Transporation
shall be obtained prior to the issuance of a building permit.
2. The existing house on the property shall be removed prior
to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy.
3 . Drainage plan must be approved by the Engineer to the Town
prior to the issuance of a building permit in accordance with
Mr . Lapar ' s letter dated 12/12/74. (A copy of said letter is
attached. )
4. Size and location of all signs must be approved by tile
Zoning Administrator.
