Approximately 10 of those lots are located in the Town of LaGrange. The Wappinger Planning Board has requested the applicant to submit a plan which would have the lot lines conform to the Town Line. This results in lots which are triangular in shape in many instances, mostly in the Town of Wappinger. The LaGrange Planning Board feels that these odd shape lots should be avoided if possible and recommends that the two Town Boards consider the possibility of negotiating a Town Line adjustment to avoid this. Please advise this Planning Board if you would be willing to consider this, or any other comments or recommendations you may have. We would appreciate a response in time for our May 2nd meeting.
