Resolution Authorizing Refund Of Escrow Held For Seeding & Stabilization At 40
Padasana Court
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on July 8,
2019.
The meeting was called to order by Richard Thurston, Town Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by
Councilman Phillips.
WHEREAS, on December 14, 2018, Gianni Dilello deposited a bank check in the amount of
$1,500 to insure that the final grading of 40 Padasana Court would be completed; and
WHEREAS, on June 26, 2019, the Engineer to the Town confirmed that the work had been
satisfactorily completed and that a return of the escrow deposit was warranted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Board hereby authorizes a refund of
$1,5000 to Gianni Dilello being held in escrow for work at 40 Padasana Court.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
