Resolution Authorizing Refund Of Escrow Held For Final Driveway Construction At 154
All Angels Hill
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on July 8,
2019.
The meeting was called to order by Richard Thurston, Town Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by
Councilwoman Bettina.
WHEREAS, on March 8, 2019, No Place Like Home Development Corp. deposited a bank
check in the amount of $2,500 to insure that the driveway at of 154 All Angels Hill Road would
be completed; and
WHEREAS, on June 20, 2019, the Engineer to the Town and the Zoning Administrator
confirmed that the work had been satisfactorily completed and that a return of the escrow deposit
was warranted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Board hereby authorizes a refund of
$2,5000 to No Place Like Home Development Corp. being held in escrow for work at 154 All
Angels Hill Road.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
