Local Waterfront Revitalization
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on July 8,
2019.
The meeting was called to order by Richard Thurston, Town Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by
Councilwoman Bettina.
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger is applying to New York State Department of State for a grant
under the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program for a project titled Town of Wappinger
Waterfront Revitalization Strategy.
WHEREAS, the grant application requires the applicant municipality to obtain the
approval/endorsement of the governing body of the municipality or municipalities in which the
project will be located;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the governing board of the Town of Wappinger hereby
does approve and endorse the application for a grant under the Local Waterfront Revitalization
Program, for a project known as Town of Wappinger Waterfront Revitalization Strategy.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
