At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on
September 9, 2019.

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by
Councilman Kuzmicz.
WHEREAS, the Village of Wappingers Falls is applying to the Hudson River Valley Greenway for
a grant under the Hudson River Valley Greenway Planning Grant Program for a project entitled
Site Mapping and Signage Project to be located in the Village of Wappingers Falls/Town of
Wappinger,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the governing board of the Village of Wappingers Falls
hereby does approve and endorse the application for a grant under the Hudson River Valley
Greenway Planning Grant Program, for a project known as Site Mapping and Signage Project and
located within this community.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
