2019-130 2019-130 Resolution Authorizing Transfer Of Funds For Media Purchase At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on May 28, 2019. Beale Voter      Defeated Angela Bettina Seconder     Tabled  Christopher Phillips Voter     Withdrawn  Michael Kuzmicz Mover     The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by Councilwoman Bettina. WHEREAS, the Town’s video consultant has advised that an IP extender is required for the proper used of the Newtek Tricaster which was recently acquired by the Town; and WHEREAS, the purchase of a media cart would also be beneficial for safely transporting the media equipment; and WHEREAS, Mr. Miner has advised that a budget transfer of $1,700 would be required to purchase these items as the appropriations made in the adopted 2019 Budget are insufficient to pay for the needed equipment; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the the Town Board hereby authorizes the following budget line transfers for the purchase of the computer: Amount From Line To Line $1,700 B0915 Unallocated B Fund B1480.200 Public Inform & Services, equip & cap Balance outlay AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the equipment purchased in accordance with the Procurement Policy of the Town and shall be paid on vouchers submitted and reviewed as required by law.
