Resolution Auhtorizing Change Order #2 To Contract For Schlathaus Park Improvements
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held
at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on June 10, 2019.
The meeting was called to order by Richard Thurston, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by Councilman Kuzmicz.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2018-214, the Town Board awarded the contract for Schlathaus Park Building
Improvements to Mike Clowry Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Trademark Custom Building & Woodworking,
(“Trademark”) in the amount of $89,585.00; and
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2019-123, the Town Board authorized Change Order No. 1 to the contract
which increased the contract amount by $408.00 to $ 89,993.00; and
WHEREAS, at the May 28, 2019, the Town Board requested that the cellar door on the building be
upgraded to match the rest of the building, and
WHEREAS, by email dated June 5, 2019, the Engineers to the Town provided the attached change order
and proposal from the contractor for the cellar door improvement;
NOW THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Town Board hereby approves Change Order No. 2, which increases the total contract price by the
amount of $750.00, resulting in a new contract price of $90,743.00, a copy of Change Order 2 is attached
hereto;
2. The Town Comptroller is authorized to make contract payments in accordance with these approved Change
Orders from the Recreation Trust Account.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
