Resolution Authorizing Transfer of Funds of Purchase of New Lawn Mower for Buildings
and Grounds Department
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on October
28, 2019.
The meeting was called to order by Richard Thurston, Town Supervisor, and upon roll

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by
Councilman Beale.
WHEREAS, the Director of Buildings and Grounds has requested the transfer of funds
between various budget lines in order to purchase a new lawn mower.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby authorizes the following budget line transfers:

$5,000.00 A7110.0103 Seasonal 1 A7110.0212 Equipment
$6,500.00 A7110.0105 Seasonal 2 A7110.0212 Equipment
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
