2019-60 2019-60 Resolution Authorizing Transfer Of Funds For Purchase Of Excavator Mounted Brush Cutting Head At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on February 11, 2019. Beale Voter      Defeated Angela Bettina Seconder     Tabled  Christopher Phillips Voter     Withdrawn  Michael Kuzmicz Mover     The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by Councilwoman Bettina. WHEREAS, Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds, Steven Frazier, has advised that his department is in need of a brush cutting head; and WHEREAS, the Town Board has agreed that it is in the best interest of the Town to purchase the brush cutting head; and WHEREAS, in order to cover the cost of the brush cutting head, it will be necessary to transfer funds between budget lines. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows: 1. The Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds is hereby authorized to purchase the brush cutting head at a cost not to exceed $8,475.00. 3. The Town Board hereby authorizes the following budget line transfers to cover the cost of the brush cutting head: Amount From Line To Line $8,475.00 A0917 A.7110.0212 Unassigned Fund Balance Equipment 4. Steven Frazier is directed to submit a purchase order for the purchase of the brush cutting head as required by law.
