RESOLUTION OF SUPPORT FOR
CARNWATH FARMS GRANT APPLICATION
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 14"' day of June, 2004, at 7:30 P.M.

The following Resolution was introduced by Ms . McCarthy and seconded by
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That Joseph Ruggiero as
Supervisor of the Town of Wappinger is hereby authorized and directed to file an
application of funds from the Hudson River Estuary Program in accordance with the
provisions of the Hudson River Estuary Management Act (11-0306 Environmental
Conservation Law) in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00 and provide a 25% maching
cash and/or inkind services to funds requested and upon approval of said request to enter
into and execute a project agreement with the Hudson River Estuary Program for such
financial assistance to the Town of Wappinger for Carnwath Farms Development Project.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:

The Resolution is hereby duly declared adopted.

I, Gloria Morse, Town Clerk of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, do hereby certify that the following resolution was adopted at a meeting of
the Town Board held on June 14, 2004 and is on file and of record, and
that said resolution has not been altered, amended or revoked and is in full force
and effect.
RESOLVED:
That Joseph Ruggiero as Supervisor of the Town of Wappinger is hereby
