Resolution Employing Conflict Engineering Services
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January
27, 2020.
The meeting was called to order by Richard Thurston, Town Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilwoman Bettina and seconded by
Casella.
BE IT RESOLVED, that Lawrence J. Paggi, PE, PC be, and hereby is employed and
retained as the conflict engineer, whenever CPL Associates Engineering & Surveying
Consultants, PLLC is unable to provide engineering services because of professional conflict
during calendar year 2020; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Lawrence J. Paggi, PE, PC shall be paid for such
services in accordance with their engagement letter addressed to the Town Board dated January
1, 2020.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
