Resolution Confirming Hiring Of Account Clerk Typist
At a Reorganization Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on
January 8, 2020.
The meeting was called to order by Richard Thurston, Town Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by
Councilwoman Bettina.
WHEREAS, by motion made by the Town Board on January 8, 2020, the Town Board
authorized the hiring of an Account Clerk Typist and the appropriation of funds to cover the
salary for said position.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby confirms the
hiring of Deana Schmidt to the position of Account Clerk Typist; and be it further
RESOLVED, that Deana Schmidt shall be paid an hourly rate of $21.00, which shall be
paid out of budget line A.1315.0104; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk is hereby directed to add this Resolution to the
minutes of the January 8, 2020 Town Board meeting.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
