At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on February
24, 2020.
The meeting was called to order by Richard Thurston, Town Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Casella and seconded by Councilman Beale.
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger has several Board positions that are vacant and in
need of filling; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board is desirous of interviewing interested persons to fill the
several vacant Board positions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby agrees to hold
interviews for the several open Board positions at the March 9, 2020 Town Board meeting.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
