Resolution Appointing Members To Town Of Wappinger Planning Board For Expired
Term
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on April 27,
2020.
The meeting was called to order by Richard Thurston, Town Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Casella and seconded by Councilman
Phillips.
WHEREAS, Carlo Pesce’s term as a Member of the Planning Board expired December 31, 2019;
and
WHEREAS, the Town Board is desirous of appointing Nick Masselli as a Member to the
Planning Board for a seven (7) year term with the term expiring on December 31, 2026; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and
adopted herein.
The Town Board hereby appoints Nick Masselli as a Member to the Planning Board for a seven (7) year
term with the term expiring on December 31, 2026.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
