Resolution Appointing Member To Town Of Wappinger Zoning Board Of Appeals For
Expired Term
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on April 27,
2020.
The meeting was called to order by Richard Thurston, Town Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Phillips and seconded by
Councilman Beale.
WHEREAS, Robert Haas's term as a Member of the Zoning Board of Appeals expired December
31, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board is desirous of appointing John Lorenzini to the Zoning Board of
Appeals for a five (5) year term with the term expiring December 31, 2024; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and
adopted herein.
The Town Board hereby appoints John Lorenzini as a Member to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a five
(5) year term with the term expiring on December 31, 2024.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
