Resolution Designating An Insurance Agent For The Town Of Wappinger
At a Reorganization Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on
January 11, 2021.
The meeting was called to order by Richard Thurston, Town Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Casella and seconded by Councilwoman
Bettina.
BE IT RESOLVED, that Marshall & Sterling, with offices at 110 Main Street, Poughkeepsie,
New York, a general insurance agency, licensed to do business in the State of New York, be, and is
hereby designated as the Insurance Agent for the Town of Wappinger for calendar year 2021, and for the
further purposes of providing such insurance consulting services as may be needed by the Town Board,
from time to time hereafter, during calendar year 2021.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
