2021-38 2021-38 Resolution Authorizing Release Of Security Posted In Connection With Calvary Chapel Of The Hudson Valley Site Plan At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January 25, 2021. The meeting was called to order by Richard Thurston, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the following was recorded:  Vote Record - Resolution RES-2021-38 Yes/Aye No/Nay Abstain Absent Adopted  Richard Thurston Voter     Adopted as Amended  William H. Beale Mover      Defeated Angela Bettina Voter     Tabled  Christopher Phillips Voter     Withdrawn  Al Casella Seconder     The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by Casella. WHEREAS, by Resolution 2014-80, the Town Board previously accepted an Undertaking for Restoration dated February 19, 2014, executed by Calvary Chapel of the Hudson Valley, in the sum of Forty-One Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($41,600.00), to secure the developer’s obligations to guarantee the restoration of the property if trees were cut, and site plan approval was not granted; and WHEREAS, Calvary Chapel of the Hudson Valley has received site plan approval and has complied with the terms of the Undertaking; now, therefore BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby acknowledges that Calvary Chapel of the Hudson Valley has received site plan approval and has complied with the terms of the Undertaking and authorizes the Cash Deposit in the sum of Forty-One Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($41,600.00) to be released. The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows: RESULT: ADOPTED \[UNANIMOUS\] MOVER: William H.
