Resolution Authorizing Budget Transfer Of Funds For Website Hosting And Email

At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on March 8,
2021.
The meeting was called to order by Richard Thurston, Town Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by
Councilwoman Bettina.
WHEREAS, the Town Comptroller has reviewed the 2021 Budget and has determined
that a budget transfer is required for website and email services that have been contracted with
Dutchess County which were not provided for in the budget; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board has agreed that it is in the best interest of the Town to
make the transfers requested;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes the
following budget line transfer to meet the current budgetary needs:
