Resolution Authorizing Transfer Of Funds
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on September 13, 2021.

The following Resolution was introduced by Casella and seconded by Councilman Phillips.
WHEREAS, the Town Comptroller has reviewed the 2021 Budget and has determined that
certain budgetary transfers are needed due to unanticipated expenses; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board has agreed that it is in the best interest of the Town to make the
transfers requested;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes the
following budget line transfers to meet the current budgetary needs:
Transfers from General “A” Fund and Highway “DB” Fund Balance
