In the first instance, two lots with existing houses were sold December 8, 1971 even though I had personally advised Mr. Leskow that the subdivision plans which were submitted could not be immediate) approved as in Y vesti a pP tiv e field g e d to - ,s is mu st be performed and at least preliminary approvaz,=by the Planning 1 Board was necessary.
