Resolution Employing Engineering Services For Calendar Year 2022
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on February
28, 2022.
The meeting was called to order by Richard Thurston, Town Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Supervisor Thurston and seconded by
Councilman Beale.
BE IT RESOLVED, that CPL Management be, and hereby is employed and retained for
the purpose of furnishing to the Town Board and the Town's departments and agencies such
professional engineering advice and services as may be required by the Town, its departments
and agencies, from time to time, during calendar year 2022; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that CPL Management shall be paid in accordance
with the fee schedule set forth in the engagement letter submitted to the Town Board dated
December 31, 2021.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
